Jumpstart
With the option to join as a Trainee Consultant or a Trainee Designer in London, you’ll get a supported, hands-on immersion into innovation consulting and digital design and be exposed to multiple clients and industries, including well-known global brands. We’re looking for curious, enthusiastic people who want to get involved and can bring new ideas to Magnetic. After a six-month probation, if it all goes well and you’d like to stay, there’ll be a permanent role for you with exciting opportunities to progress within Magnetic.

After a six-month probation, successful Jumpstarters will be offered a permanent role as a junior member of the team.
Salary
£30,000
This is your starting salary, with an automatic pay rise if you accept a permanent role after the programme.

Home to Newton, Xantura and Magnetic, our studio is based in Borough, easily accessible via tube and bus routes, and just a short walk from London Bridge.
