Driving meaningful action on climate change

L&G manages almost £1.5 trillion of assets. Its purpose is to build a better society for the long term and it sees tackling climate change as key to that

We helped to bring all of L&G’s businesses together to create new, innovative financial products that put the organisation at the forefront of a net zero economy.

We worked with 10 cross-functional teams team to design and run an intensive nine-month accelerator programme helping them to generate and then test out 10 new ideas in the sustainability space.

We ended up with two new products with clear business cases which were approved for further customer validation and a go-to-market strategy. The programme also created a culture of collaboration and action to help L&G think creatively about where it puts its trillion-pound financial muscle in the future.
