A two-hour introduction to creative problem solving, to help you solve complex challenges and keep up with today’s business environment

Today’s business environment is extremely challenging. It’s increasingly competitive, with rising customer expectations and costs, and technology is advancing at great speed. Ongoing learning and development is essential so that you can adapt and keep up, as well as a laser focus on your customers’ needs.

Back-to-basics problem solving will give you the essential skills to solve complex challenges with creativity and innovation. The two-hour course is an introduction to the concept of creative problem solving, including problem definition, insights, ideation and experimentation. You will also learn how to identify and overcome common blocks that hinder creative thinking.
