This one-week training programme equips you with the tools and techniques to facilitate and participate effectively in a design sprint. You’ll learn the step-by-step methodology, which involves understanding the problem, generating ideas, designing experiments and testing solutions. You’ll gain insights into conducting user research, defining problem statements, ideation techniques, rapid prototyping and user testing. The training is interactive and hands-on, working in teams, and you’ll be using your new skills to tackle live, real-world challenges.
